Welcome to Revinmart AdFlow. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our advertising automation website, dashboard interface, and API integration tools (collectively, the "Platform") operated by Mahek Enterprises LLC ("we," "us," or "our") at revinmart.shop.

By requesting access, registering an account, or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use or access our Platform.

1. Platform Use & Eligibility

To use our Platform, you must represent a valid business organization and possess the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms. You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful advertising and campaign management purposes.

2. TikTok API Integration & Compliance

Our Platform utilizes the TikTok Marketing APIs to automate creative asset uploads, manage campaign budgets, and pull reporting metrics. By linking your TikTok advertiser or Business Center accounts to our Platform:

  • You confirm that you possess all necessary rights and credentials to execute ad campaigns and manage budgets for the linked accounts.
  • You agree to comply with TikTok's official Advertising Policies, Terms of Service, and Developer Agreements. We are not responsible for any campaign suspensions, budget overruns, or policy violations occurring on your TikTok Ads Manager.
  • You acknowledge that campaign metrics and tracking data displayed in our dashboard are pulled directly from TikTok's APIs and are subject to their service uptime and reporting latency.

3. User Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials, App secrets, and access tokens used to connect with our Platform. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your credentials or breach of security. We will not be liable for any losses caused by unauthorized access to your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, dashboard layouts, icons, script wrappers, and proprietary automation systems developed on Revinmart AdFlow are the exclusive intellectual property of Mahek Enterprises LLC and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access our dashboard during active service terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mahek Enterprises LLC, its officers, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Platform.
  • Campaign costs, ad budget spend, or performance outcomes generated via automated campaign setups.
  • API downtime, rate limits, or network connectivity issues on the side of TikTok or third-party service providers.

6. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform (or any part thereof) or update these Terms at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes agreement to the updated Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings arising under these Terms shall be resolved in courts located in Australia.
